How Order Tracking Works

Order Confirmed You receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.

Order Processed (1–3 business days) We prepare and pack your DANNRIVER at our South Tyrol warehouse.

Shipping Confirmation Email You receive an email with your tracking number. Allow up to 48h for tracking to activate.

Delivery Italy: 3–5 days · EU: 5–10 days · US/Canada: 8–15 days · Rest of World: 10–20 days.
